FAQS

12 noon with teams being set off in groups at 1 minute intervals.

We issue all this information on Saturday during registration which takes place at The Bay Horse between 12 and 4pm.  Registration can be by proxy as long as somebody can represent the team who have entered.  If it absolutely impossible for you to get to registration (e.g. if you travel some distance) then there is a mop up registration at the start (The Waggon and Horses) on Sunday morning between 10.30 and 11.00am.

Regardless of start time all teams must be at the start for 12 noon and if you need to register then you must be there for 10.30am.

There is a bus service in operation from Oxenhope Station up to the start. You can purchase a £2 bus ticket when you collect your race numbers to use this service. Funds raised from this service will also go into the charity pot.

To try and minimise congestion in the village you will be able to park for free in Haworth in Wyedean carpark, then  catch the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. KWVR travel is free on the day when providing sight of your race numbers to the conductor.

This year we have selected Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice and Haworth Riding for the Disabled.

Last year we were able to hand our cheques to the value of around £10,000 to local charities and good causes, including Manorlands, Haworth Riding for the Disabled, PHAB, Faith and Light and Bradford Disability Sports and Leisure.

The entry fee this year will be £25 per person for those entering online.

We expect to sell out online, however should we not, we will open registrations at The Bay Horse on race day and the day prior (Friday 1st July). The fee for those teams entering at registration or on race day (availability permitting) will be £30 per person.
